Rewards Scheme
We are pleased to announce our Rewards Scheme! This is a totally free scheme where you earn points every time you shop. You will even earn 50 points just for signing up!
For every £1.00 spent in our shop, you will earn yourself 5 points which hold a value of £0.10.
So, for example, spend £10.00 to receive 50 points at a value of £1.00, or spend £100.00 to receive 500 points at a value of £10.00.
Basically, earn points at a value of 10% of your order – that’s great offer and points earned can be redeemed right away against your next order, there is no minimum points total required in order to redeem them!
How do I sign up?
To sign up, click the Register button under Account in the menu bar at the top of this page. Enter a desired username, your Email Address, a desired password and then click Register.
How do I receive my bonus points for signing up?
These points will automatically be added to your balance when you sign up, they should appear almost immediately.
How do I check my points balance?
Sign in to your account and head to Points Information under Account in the menu bar at the top of this page.
How do I receive points for my purchases?
As long as you are signed in to our website when placing your order, you will receive your earned points once we mark the order as complete – this happens once we have processed orders and sent over confirmation of details.
How do I redeem my points?
Head to our shop and add your desired items to the basket. When you are at the basket page, you will be prompted to use your points to receive a discount on the order – click Apply Discount and enter the amount of points you wish to redeem, and click Apply Discount. This will update your basket total, and you can then continue to checkout.
Can I earn bonus points?
Yes, bonus points are available for the following:
- signing up to the Rewards Scheme: 50 points (£1.00)
- every 5 orders places: 250 points (£5.00)
Do my points expire?
Yes, points have an expiration date of 450 days from the day they were earned. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before points are due to expire.
Can I receive cash/payment instead of redeeming my points?
No, this is not possible – points can only be redeemed on our site and aren’t transferable or redeemed as cash.
